Heaven & Earth - now back in our program 👨🏼‍🍳
An old regional dish that is loved by many 😋 Its name comes from the formerly common name Erdapfel for potatoes, 
so that "heaven" for the apples on the trees and "earth" for the potatoes in the ground as the main components of the Court is up
We serve heaven and earth together with fried black pudding and roasted onions.
