Family joie de vivre and natural-rural cuisine with creative and regional surprises at the foot of Schomberg. Herbs and freshness stand for the Wildewiese enjoyment. Many products come directly from the sauerländer meadows and forests to our kitchen. Fritz’ brown trout, sauerland pasture beef from next door, wild game from Wildewiese forests, self made sausages, honey from the neighbour village Hagen, sauerländer pig and Ursel’s self made cake from the oven. Everything with a lot of fresh herbs. In addition to steak, venison and regional delicacies, the kitchen offers delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes. Just give it a try.
